(his car is the navy one AKA: Blue Lightening) (ps sorry for whoever's gut is in the background!)We were struck with fear when Jaren first received his block of wood that we were supposed to help him turn into a car. We managed to put Blue Lightening together. Jaren was so proud of it. We were so worried that the thing wouldn't even go. Well, turns out it did go! It tied for 4th place out of 22 cars. Every time it raced Cory, I and my parents were on pins and needles. And when it would do well we would all jump! It was so fun. I am so proud of him! I guess this is my initiation for becoming Jaren's new Wolf Den Mother! I've never seen myself as a scout leader so we'll see how this goes.
