EPISODE JAREN

Star Wars: Episode Zero from Brittan on Vimeo.

Jaren's friend Brad had been working on the screenplay for weeks when Jaren came to visit. So Brad's mom shot it for them and it is Awesome! Jaren is so funny. I remember once when we were walking in downtown Dallas and Jaren was about 3 or 4. We were stopped at a crosswalk and he told the lady standing next to us that he really liked her make-up. She looked at me and told me that everyday he is not on TV I was losing money.

Now, not to say that Jaren speaking his mind with his funny personality always comes across well. For instance, when I woke up the other morning he told me that he noticed that I had some cracks on the bottom of my feet while I was sleeping and just wanted to let me know. He
recently he asked a friend of mine (who shall remain nameless) if she had ever had any diseases. Or how about the time that he told the checker at Walgreen's in Dallas that he really liked her gold teeth? (she was actually flattered.)

You know, I'm kind of at the point where I ask myself: How do I pull this kid in a little bit without ruining his spirit? But then we have a day like today where I take him to buy new school shoes and the shoes that I like and have him try on, he tells me are "too cold." But the Sketchers that are so ugly and light up and are a full size to small (which was a secret mom test I pulled on him) are "Just Right."

Oh man, he is seriously the most hilarious child-nay, PERSON-I've ever met. (I still tell the gold teeth story.) I was just so proud of him. He worked so hard to get his lines and voices right for Brad. He really wanted to do a good job.

And then there was the time when we were at DSW. and I had the pleasure to take him to my size the next aisle over from you. There was a lady trying on some shoes and he said, "Shoo-wee, stinky feet". Yeah, that was awesome.
