We sat down to
watch the Wizard of Oz tonight because Jaren hadn't ever seen it. I know, I know, Mel. He has seen Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and The Wiz. Does that make it Okay? Eww, maybe it makes it even worse. It may be too late for him.And so I started giving back rubs to the kids and then my husband. Before I could even start with Cory's the kids were all over it! I like it when she sits on his head to get really into it.
Oh, and by the way Jaren said, "Mom, I think the Lion is a little bit drunk." (they have been talking about drugs at school and now he thinks he is an expert. thanks DARE.

Marnie and I used to always ask Dad if we could rub lotion on his back. We would put so much on his back! I'm sure it was just nasty, but we liked to draw pictures in the lotion and Dad probably put up with the lotion because he was getting a back message without us even knowing it.
Yep, I was just about to mention that.
Sory I forgot to pick up the Hello Kitty Jackets. Maybe Thursday?
I take solace in knowing that I have given him nightmares from The Dark Crystal. So it all evens out. (:
he is still having nightmares from the Wizard of oz!
